As a Policy Support Adviser, you’ll handle inbound and outbound contact from clients who are considering cancelling their insurance policies.

Excellent telephone manner with a natural sales flair. Proven retention & sales experience/ able to retain & generate new business (essential).

Previous sales experience (telephone-based preferred). Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining FCA compliance. 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
