About us

Willow Green is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) for young people aged 16-25 registered with the Charities Commission and is funded through both Education and Local Authority Adult Social Care bodies. The core values of fostering a nurturing environment that supports young people, empowering them to reach their ambitious life goals is echoed throughout all that we do at Willow Green.

The role

Due to the growth of our organisation, we are seeking a part-time administration assistant to work alongside our Lead Administrator.

The postholder will provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the organisation, supporting learners and external stakeholders, while actively contributing to safeguarding and compliance. You will support the effective running of the reception and office.

The Administration Assistant provides efficient administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation. The role includes managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records and systems, coordinating meetings, and supporting learner administration and compliance processes. The postholder will act as a first point of contact for learners, families, and professionals, delivering a professional and welcoming service.

Further Information

The role is 22.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9.30am-2pm
