Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Full-Time Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication.
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially as a bartender or server.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
A friendly attitude combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
