Full job description

Office Administrator – Onyx Performance Ltd

Onyx Performance Ltd is a busy and well-established car garage, and we are looking for a reliable, professional, and confident Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and day-to-day administration.

Duties will include:

Managing a High volume of incoming calls
Booking in jobs, quoting customers, and dispatching work
Speaking clearly and professionally with customers
Managing diaries, job sheets, and daily schedules
General day-to-day office administration
Accurate data entry and updating customer records
Supporting the smooth running of the office
Assisting with basic social media content and editing when required

The ideal candidate:

Is well spoken with a high level of written and verbal English
Is confident communicating with customers over the phone
Has previous office or administration experience
Can work well in a busy, high-pressure environment
Is IT-competent and confident using computers and booking systems
Has strong multitasking and organisational skills
Has an interest in cars or the motor industry
Is reliable, honest, professional, and works well as part of a team

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Holiday entitlement:

28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

This is a key role within the business and would suit someone looking for a stable position in a growing automotive company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,969.65 per year
