About Dwelly

Dwelly — a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.

We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.

Position Summary

Note: This is an evergreen role.

We’re continuously building our data bench and are always open to meeting exceptional Data Analysts who want to help scale a high-growth platform.

This is a cross-functional role working across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. Your mission will be to turn complex, real-world data into structured insights that directly improve performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance
Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks
Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement
Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
Structured, systems-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and data quality
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
Strong communication skills in English
