Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Network Engineer
This role will be part of a fast-paced, energetic, and hard-working team, Senior Network
Engineer will deliver end to end
Network services; Network Architecture, Solution Design, Engineering, Networking and
Security solutions technologies globally.
This involves influencing and establishing strong working relationships with internal
partners in multiple geographies and external collaborators, overseeing the solution,
analysis, design, development, engineering, testing and implementation of solutions.
Typical Accountabilities
- Senior Network Engineer is part of the Network Reliability Engineering team in a
Scaled Agile operating model
- Responsibleforthenetworkdesign,engineering,implementation and automation
of global network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Network Security and Wi-Fi
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement and high-quality
documentation for Network Engineering Designs and Network implementation
technical plans to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Contributeto the standards and processes that deliver the strategic direction.
- Workclosely with vendors in utilizing products and services to support and
deliver the Network strategy and keep up to date with industry’s best practices
- Set and uphold technical design standards for all aspects of Network Services
- Ensuringthat Technical Solution/Engineering and Support functions meet
customer requirements
- Ensuring consistent and appropriate communication with internal stakeholders
for technical solution design/engineering enquiries and issues
- Contributeto the lifecycle of all technical network changes, with the primary
objective to enable beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT
services
- Identifying and leading opportunities for Operating Model improvements to our
People, Organization, Technology and Information
- Contributeto the technical roadmap of the Engineering team
- Musthaveindepthknowledgeofnetworktechnology with recognized industry
experience and/ or professional level accreditations (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent)
- Understand and appreciate industry best practices around fixed and wireless
network design and configuration.

- Must have relevant skills, expertise, and experience in one or more of the
following capabilities Enterprise, Network Security or Wireless infrastructure as
follows

- Expertdesign knowledge ofIPbased networking architecture
- Experience of leading the design and implementing complex of complex changes
- Experience of network build standard configuration basedonindustry best practice

- Demonstrateanexpertunderstandingofnetworking protocolsincluding TCP/IPand

- Experienceofdesigningandimplementing Software DefinedNetworking (SDN)
technologiessuch asSD-WAN Experience indesigning,installing and operatingCisco
Catalyst Center
- Indepthknowledge and experience on L3 routing protocols(OSPF& BGP)
- Technical knowledge andexperience in loadbalancing usingCitrix NetScalerplatform.

- Five or more years of experience in the previous domains.
- Extensive ITnetwork solution design and delivery leadershipexperience
Proventechnical expertise is LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
- Bachelor’sdegree,applicablecertification orequivalent experience required
Industryrecognized accreditation i.e., CCNP/CCIE
- Demonstrated experiencedevelopingandmanaging internal
andexternalbusinessrelationships Comfortable at all levels of anorganizationwith the
ability tocommunicate clearly
- Technical orBusinessDegree or relevant track record ofequivalent experience.
- Demonstrableskillsandexperience delivering andsupportinglargenetworks
infrastructures. Strong track record managing and leading global complex technology
transformation.
