Full job description

We are an Edinburgh-based operations company working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Operations Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day running of client campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their operations career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is eager to develop real-world experience managing the logistics and delivery of live campaign activity.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the planning and on-the-ground execution of client campaign days across a range of sectors
Coordinating operational logistics before, during, and after each campaign
Acting as a key point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth delivery and a high standard of client service
Monitoring daily operations and flagging issues or inefficiencies to senior management
Managing resources, schedules, and on-site teams during campaign days
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
Contributing to post-campaign reporting and operational reviews
Helping to develop and improve internal processes and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For

A proactive, hands-on individual who is comfortable taking ownership on the ground
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills – confident speaking with clients, teams, and stakeholders
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work across different sectors and environments
Previous experience in an operations, events, logistics, or campaign management role is desirable, but not essential
A driving licence is advantageous
Based in or able to commute to Edinburgh for a fully on-site role
