We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team of 2 Rapport Ambassadors, working at a prestigious client site.
This role is all about efficiency, highly professional and excellent service. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, this could be the perfect role for you!
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities

Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring they are maintained accurately, actioned and resolved promptly.

Follow-up on outstanding requests to ensure completion.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering as needed.

Assist in creating weekly reports on helpdesk activity.

Support the reception team with refresher training for holiday cover.

Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Provide a warm, professional, and proactive service to all building users.
