We are looking for a Works schedular - must have renewable energy experience to be considered (Solar) .

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, and execution of solar PV installation and ASHP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for installation phases.
Monitor progress through regular site inspections and reporting, addressing any issues promptly.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments and progress reports.
Implement effective time management strategies across teams to optimise productivity and minimise delays.

Requirements

Proven experience managing residential solar PV installation projects or similar renewable energy initiatives is essential.
Experience in using design software Opensolar is an advantage.
Experience in managing a minimum of multiple installations per week or more as the business grows.
Excellent time management skills to coordinate multiple project phases simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams on-site.
Relevant technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and construction processes is essential.
