Full job description

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

Key Purpose

Coordinate projects, manage documentation and data accurately, support team and customer requests, and help keep systems, artwork, and communications organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

To compile accurate customer technical documentation and develop artwork briefs ensuring they meet both internal and industry requirements and guidelines
To co-ordinate multiple projects, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines, and to accurately record and maintain key data where appropriate.
Proof-read & approve created artwork.
To ensure all web-based systems are maintained as required by internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team with any other general admin duties
To ensure that health, safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to all at times via maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
To generate and maintain procedures and work instructions for the area.
To always maintain confidentiality.
Contribute as part of a successful team.
To play an active part in continuous improvement within the department.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educated to GCSE standard in English and Mathematics
IT skills – good knowledge of Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook, Internet, SAP and EH&S
Good knowledge of data bases and data collation
