Join Adept as a Site Cleaning Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Cleaning Supervisor your duties will be:

Oversee and assist cleaning staff to maintain excellent standards within assigned areas, meeting both client and company requirements.
Make sure all routine and scheduled cleaning duties are carried out effectively and meet the expected quality levels.
Uphold a safe workplace by following health and safety guidelines, COSHH regulations, and site-specific rules.
Track cleaning operations to ensure they align with the agreed scope of work and achieve performance expectations.
Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management to foster strong working relationships.
Ensure cleaning tools, equipment and supplies are used properly, kept in good condition, and stored safely.
Quickly identify and report any hazards, equipment issues, incidents, or shortages of supplies to management.
Encourage collaboration and contribute to building a motivated, high-performing cleaning team.
Dusting, cleaning, and polishing office furniture, fixtures, and fittings, cleaning toilets, mopping and hoovering floors.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role will have:

At least 2 years experience in carrying out commercial office cleaning services as a site supervisor.
Sound knowledge of janitorial activities and customer service practices.
Well-developed physical fitness which enables a commercial cleaner to move, walk, bend, pull, push, and lift heavy items, and to carry out other exercises effectively.
Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, as a commercial cleaner is required to communicate with co-workers and customers in a polite manner while also reporting all issues to the supervisor or management.
Good time management and self-management and organizational skills
Schedule:

We are looking to hire 4 supervisors, each supervisor works a different shift pattern. Please see below the 4 different shift patterns.

Sunday - Tuesday - Hours between 06:00 -14:00
Sunday - Tuesday - Hours between 14:00 - 22:30
Wednesday - Saturday - Hours between 06:00 - 14:00
Wednesday - Saturday - Hours between 14:00 - 22:30

Note: The job description may be varied from time to time by the Company to reflect changes in the post holder’s role and/or the needs of the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
