MJM Graphic Design London is currently recruiting Associate Lecturers / Visiting Practitioners in Interior Design to join the launch of its new international campus in London, developed in partnership with London South Bank University (LSBU).

Role Overview
We are looking for creative professionals, industry practitioners and designers with strong professional experience in interior design, spatial design or related disciplines.
Teaching experience is welcomed but not essential.
We are particularly interested in professionals who can bring contemporary industry practice directly into the studio and classroom environment.
Flexible / sessional teaching opportunities are available depending on programme needs and professional availability.
Available Teaching Areas
We are currently recruiting professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Interior Design Studio
- Spatial Planning & Technical Drawing
- AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe Creative Suite
- Materials, Colour & Surface Design
- Interior Architecture & Spatial Culture
- Retail & Commercial Spaces
- Residential & Hospitality Design
- Sustainable Interior Design
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging studio-based teaching, workshops and seminars
- Support student development through mentoring and portfolio guidance
- Contribute to project briefs, learning materials and assessments
- Share current professional practices and industry insights
- Participate in critiques, reviews and student presentations
- Contribute to MJM London’s creative and collaborative learning environment
Candidate Profile
Applicants should demonstrate:
- substantial professional industry experience
- a strong portfolio
- excellent communication skills
- fluency in English
- and the ability to inspire and engage students.
Experience within Higher Education or creative training environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation & Engagement
- £40–£65 per hour depending on experience and responsibilities
- Flexible / sessional engagement
- Part-time and freelance opportunities available
- Hybrid delivery possible depending on programme requirements
Teaching schedules and workload are agreed individually.
