Job Summary
We are looking for a painter and decorator to come on board with us CIS - guaranteed full time work on a day rate. working all over Edinburgh in void council houses. Opportunites to earn what your worth in terms of experience/capabilities and work rate.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections before painting or decorating
Apply paints, wallpaper, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Ensure all work is completed to the best standard Possible, adhering to job specifications and deadlines
Protect surrounding areas by covering worktops etc and flooring during work
Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the jobs
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and requirements
Follow health and safety regulations at all times during the execution of duties

Skills

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating
Ability to operate various painting tools and equipment efficiently
Strong communication skills in English for clear interaction with clients and colleagues
Valid driving licence preferable but not required
Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to meet job deadlines
This role offers an opportunity to develop and work in a professional environment

Pay: £15.00-£22.00 per hour
