Job Description
Celeste Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Technical Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships while ensuring the successful adoption and optimisation of our technology solutions. You will combine technical expertise with business insight, helping customers achieve measurable outcomes through proactive account planning, solution consulting, and ongoing service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans that align technology solutions with each client's business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical, product, and delivery teams.
Provide technical consultation, solution recommendations, and product guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Monitor account health, service performance, and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
Lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure contractual commitments are consistently fulfilled.

Qualifications

Experience in technical account management, enterprise customer success, solutions engineering, or IT consulting.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise software, SaaS environments, or digital infrastructure.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
Experience with CRM platforms, IT service management tools, and cloud certifications is highly desirable.
