Qualification

University degree in landscape architecture or a related field (landscape gardener/technician, agricultural engineer)
At least 3 years of professional experience in Site Supervision

Knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Driver's license class 3 / class B
Good knowledge of English (with conversational skills)
Assertiveness
Independent and responsible work

Conditions

Iqama work contract
Availability to relocate to Riyadh
6 working days / week

Your Responsibilities

Supervision in a project management consultant team for the client
Translating tender design plans into tangible construction projects.
Technical supervision and quality control on-site in line with local and international standards
Collaborating with all relevant project disciplines and coordinating construction processes
Reviewing and approving construction materials
Adapting construction plans to local conditions and technical requirements
