The Role

We are looking for experienced and engaging Portuguese teachers to deliver face-to-face adult group courses, primarily:

Evenings:18:30–20:30 (groups runningonce per week)
Additionalopportunities:weekday afternoons, Friday evenings, and weekends

What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality, communicativePortugueselessons to adult learners
Plan engaging lessons aligned with IH syllabi
Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
Build a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues tomaintainhigh academic standards
Complete attendance records andupdate SharePoint folder witha work done record.

Essential requirements

Native or near-nativeproficiencyinPortuguese
Strong English communication skills
Recognised teaching qualification inPortuguese
Good knowledge of thedifferences betweenBrazilian and European Portuguese
Minimum3 years’ experienceteaching groups
Bachelor’s degree

Right to work in the UK and currently UK-based
