As our portfolio of managed properties continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Airbnb Cleaner to join our team and help deliver the exceptional standards our clients and their guests expect.

Summary

We are looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner with a minimum of two years' experience within Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotel housekeeping, or luxury cleaning environments.

This is not a typical domestic cleaning role. We are seeking someone who understands the importance of presentation, attention to detail, and delivering a five-star guest experience.

Position Details

Part-Time – 20 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on experience
Typical working hours between 11:00am and 3:00pm
Additional hours may be available
Various locations across London
Weekend availability required
Travel expenses paid when working outside East London

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Completing Airbnb and holiday let changeover cleans
Preparing properties to a guest-ready standard
Making beds to a professional hotel standard
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to a high standard
Replenishing guest consumables and supplies
Identifying and reporting damage, maintenance issues, and missing items
Following property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists
Taking photographs and completing reports where required
Ensuring every property is presented to the highest possible standard for arriving guests
Maintaining company quality standards and procedures at all times

QualificationsEssential Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience within Airbnb cleaning, serviced accommodation, hotel housekeeping, or luxury cleaning
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong communication skills
Reliability and punctuality
A professional and positive attitude
Willingness to travel across London
Ideally live within reasonable travelling distance of East London
Legal right to work in the UK
