Pay Rate
£35,000 Circa wage £41,000 including sleeps (Qualified).
£30,102 Circa wage £36,000 (unqualified)
Sleep in Allowance is £50 per night.
Plus additional benefits.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent 40 hours/week

About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people within a safe and nurturing home environment.
You will provide consistent care, emotional support, and encouragement, helping young people develop confidence, resilience, independence, and life skills. Through positive relationships and meaningful experiences, you will help create opportunities for children to heal, grow, achieve, and enjoy the childhood experiences they deserve.

A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People is desirable for the qualified rate.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard children and young people at all times
- Support young people in all aspects of daily living
- Encourage independence, self-care skills, and personal development
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Build meaningful and trusting relationships with young people
- Support education, hobbies, interests, and community involvement
- Transport young people to appointments, family time, and activities when required
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
- Participate in recreational and educational activities
- Maintain high standards of safe working practice
- Contribute to creating a safe, caring, and supportive home environment
