Mult Service Agent – Retailer Services £25,510 per annum

9am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday

Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid Working after probation)

About the role

We’re growing our Retailer Services team and looking for customer-focused, tech-savvy individuals to support our network of Managed Site retailers (our “Mults”).

These are some of our most important partners – and you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service experience across a wide range of PayPoint products, services and devices.

What you’ll be doing

As a Mult Service Agent, you’ll be the go-to expert for our multisite retailers, supporting them across multiple services:

Supplies & Devices

Ordering till rolls, handbooks and device supplies
Supporting devices including PP1, PPOS, Sunmi, PP Mini and Zebra printers

Energy & Cash Out

Helping with electricity key and gas card top-ups
Supporting cash-out voucher queries

Parcels

Providing end-to-end support for parcel services

Transactions

Managing transaction reversals and claims
Supporting Imovo cash-out queries

Technical Support

Delivering first-line troubleshooting across devices
Diagnosing issues and escalating where needed

Alongside handling inbound calls, you’ll also:

Respond to retailer emails
Support the wider Managed Retailer team during busy periods
Keep accurate records within CRM systemsWhat we’re looking for
Experience in customer service (contact centre or retail preferred)
Confident handling multiple systems and product queries
Strong communication skills (clear, calm and professional)
Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload effectively
Flexible approach to shift patterns and peak periods
