We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our amazing and magical team, and work with the store team delivering exceptional service and retail standards.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail assistant manager or very experienced retail supervisor wanting to take the next step in their management career. We want someone who is commercially focused, people centric, highly organised and structured in approach, as well as being a strong leader.

Job Description:

· Managing and overseeing shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.

· Human resources including recruiting, training, managing rotas, assigning responsibilities, performance management and setting sales targets.

· Administering accounting functions, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets, managing budgets and generating payroll.

· Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by seasons and sales.

· Delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance.
