About the Role

Are you ambitious, commercially minded and passionate about technology?

At accord, we're looking for a graduate who wants to build a successful career in enterprise software sales and business consulting.

As a Graduate Sales & Solutions Executive, you'll learn every stage of the sales journey—from identifying potential customers and generating opportunities through to demonstrating Sage Intacct and helping organisations transform their finance functions.

This role combines Sales Development (SDR) with Pre-Sales Consulting, giving you a unique opportunity to develop both commercial and technical skills.

You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals and consultants, receive structured training and mentoring, and gain recognised Sage Intacct certifications. As your experience grows, you'll take ownership of opportunities and become a trusted adviser to senior finance leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales Development

Research organisations, industries and key decision makers.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Follow up marketing campaigns, website enquiries and referrals.
Engage prospective customers by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
Book meetings and discovery sessions for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Build a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.

Pre-Sales & Solutions Consulting

Working alongside experienced consultants, you will:

Attend discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Learn how organisations manage their finance operations.
Help identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in preparing software demonstrations.
Support the creation of proposals, quotations and business cases.
Demonstrate Sage Intacct to prospective customers as your knowledge develops.
Help prepare implementation estimates and project documentation.
Work closely with our consulting team to ensure smooth project handovers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, IT or another numerate discipline.
An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships.
Commercially aware with an interest in business and technology.
Confident presenting ideas and speaking with new people.
Curious, analytical and eager to learn.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
A collaborative team player.
Professional, resilient and self-motivated.
Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Capable in the use of AI tools, for example ChatGPT

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
