Overview

Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00

We are seeking an energetic and professional Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage all incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all materials and signage are current and professional.
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed for administrative records.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings while coordinating with relevant staff members.
Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
Assist with basic clerical tasks including typing reports, updating databases, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Prior clerical experience preferred; familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones is a plus.
Reliable internet research skills and familiarity with basic office software tools will enhance performance.
