Full job description

Riva Foods is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support the smooth running of our supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, analytical and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the team, you will help ensure materials, deliveries and supplier information are managed efficiently, enabling our production operation to run smoothly.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Administrator provides essential support across purchasing, inventory management and supplier coordination. You'll work closely with suppliers and internal departments to maintain accurate data, monitor stock levels, track deliveries and produce reports that help drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and help maintain appropriate stock availability.
Track supplier deliveries and resolve any shipment or delivery issues.
Process order confirmations and maintain supplier records and price lists.
Update supplier trackers and support ongoing supply chain improvement projects.
Produce supply chain reports, supplier performance reports and KPI updates.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality systems and Health & Safety requirements.
Build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent communication skills and enjoys building strong working relationships.
Strong numerical and analytical ability with confidence working with data and reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to problem solving.
Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage but is not essential.

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
