About Us

Tradecore International is a fast-growing, successful company specialising in global procurement, distribution, and supply chain management. Based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, we work with a wide range of UK & international clients across diverse sectors including Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, Engineering, Marine & Defence.

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Expeditor to join our team based in Chandlers Ford. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy providing administrative support across different departments, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Raise and issue purchase orders (POs) with suppliers accurately and in a timely manner.
Check purchase orders against supplier order confirmations to ensure accuracy
Monitor and track purchase orders from issuance to delivery.
Confidently communicate with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and resolve delays.
Provide clients with accurate ETAs and regular progress updates, ensuring transparency at all stages.
Escalate problems with the relevant Buyer with any delays and any supplier communication issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and correspondence.
Work closely with logistics, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide regular updates and reports on order progress to management.

Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills (English fluency required).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently or within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
Confident telephone manner to challenge supplier delays
