We're seeking someone to join our Data Protection team as an Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) lead in Cyber to lead with the implementation of automations and effective usage of Artificial Intelligence in order to drive efficiencies across the department.
This role requires a deep technical expertise in complex enterprise technologies in order to identify the opportunity for, design and drive the delivery of effective automations to realise efficiencies and process simplifications . A practical understanding of the implementation of AI and practical knowledge of cybersecurity products will also become crucial to the role. The successful candidate might be an infrastructure specialist or a strong system admin, with experience of scripting and task automation, or a system technical lead today, looking to focus and evolve automations as a practice area . Linux and general system architecture troubleshooting are therefore essential to the role and hands-on experience with Python or other automation tools and a strong aptitude to learn or grow these skills is required . The role offers the opportunity to work on every aspect of our internally built systems, which includes connectivity to multiple database platforms, ETL, web and container infrastructure and a range of other technologies.
Prior experience in the financial industry is not required ; candidates from software companies and other industries are welcome. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate technical leadership and drive best practices across the organization and comes with an opportunity to manage a team of people.
