Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organised Part Time Receptionist / Host to be the welcoming face of our company. This pivotal role supports our daily operations by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the professional and inviting atmosphere that Paul Rigby Ltd is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of Paul Rigby Ltd.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate appointment bookings and manage meeting room schedules efficiently.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organisation to uphold company standards.
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling post and deliveries.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Adhere to health and safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a receptionist, host, or in a customer-facing role within the Automotive & Driving or a related industry is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using telephone systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours on a permanent basis.
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and services is advantageous but not essential.
