Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Pizza Chef, where your passion for food and creativity will shine! Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods such as wood-fired ovens or standard commercial ovens
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety standards
Assist in meal preparation for all menu items, ensuring timely service during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management
Serve customers directly when required, providing friendly and efficient service
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent skills in meal preparation, including dough handling, topping application, and baking techniques
Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving practices is a plus
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers professionally
Enthusiasm for culinary arts with a keen eye for detail and presentation
