At Beaucare we try to go the extra mile every single time, our knowledgeable customer service and aftercare teams allow us to offer outstanding service. From their wide product expertise to their understanding of our customer’s needs, they will advise, assess, and exceed requirements.

Our fastest growing division is our Servicing and Maintenance team; we offer nationwide coverage, experienced engineers, and dedicated account managers.

We are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. Our fabulous team of Service Engineers offer outstanding service to our customers, ensuring all our customers remain compliant with regulatory requirements and their equipment is well maintained.

To diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on equipment
LOLER Testing on lifting equipment
Servicing baths, hoists, slings, beds, pressure mattresses and wheelchairs
To carry out contract servicing agreements in line with service procedures
Maintain a professional and courteous service to customers
Working towards our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards

Skills/Experience:

Good communication skills
Organised and methodological in approach to work
Problem solver
Fault finding and diagnosis of healthcare equipment
Mechanical Engineering training

Please be aware that this role requires manual handling, Enhanced DBS checks and Driving Licence checks.

In addition to salary, there are additional payments for;

overtime
on-call service
nights out of bed

Standard Hours; Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30pm
