Company Overview

The Best Western Ship Hotel is a socially responsible hotel located in the heart of Weybridge, committed to sustainable operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across the hotel to ensure operational efficiency.
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Oversee routine inspections and preventative maintenance to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, especially related to hygiene and virus prevention.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Collaborate with management to plan upgrades and renovations that support sustainability initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize guest disruption.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel or facility maintenance management.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and manage complex systems.
Excellent project management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments.
Effective communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
