Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Negotiate effectively to close sales and maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
Maintain organized displays and stock levels to ensure a clean and inviting store environment
Manage administrative tasks such as processing transactions, updating records, and handling returns or exchanges
Utilize IT systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively
Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to drive confidently and safely when required for B2B sales or client visits
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to retail operations and sales management
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of sales techniques specific to B2B (business-to-business) environments is a plus
