12 Months Fixed Term Contract – From Start Date

Hybrid Worker with 2/3 Days in Office (Sir Henry Mitchell House), Must be able to Travel around the Bradford Region and Surrounding areas to engage with colleagues and deliver training.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Leadership and Management Development Specialist to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of an innovative leadership, management and aspirant programmes that builds capability at every level of our organisation.

Working in partnership with HR colleagues, senior leaders and key stakeholders, you'll identify development needs and create impactful learning experiences that drive performance, strengthen leadership behaviours and support our strategic priorities. You will also:

Undertake a diagnostic, and then design and deliver leadership and management development programmes for both existing and aspirant leaders/managers.
Assess organisational and workforce development needs and implement effective learning solutions.
Facilitate workshops, coaching and learning interventions.
Engage and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Ensure learning is inclusive, accessible and impactful.
Support talent development and succession planning.
Manage programme delivery to agreed timescales, deadlines and objectives.
Pilot Programmes, evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education

Degree-level qualification in Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant coaching, facilitation or leadership development qualification.
Evidence of continuing professional development.

Experience

Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes.
Conducting learning needs analysis and developing effective learning solutions.
Facilitating engaging workshops and learning interventions.
Working with senior stakeholders to deliver development initiatives.
Creating inclusive learning opportunities for diverse groups, including people from global majority backgrounds and people with disabilities.
