Full job description

Do you love helping others and want to be part of a small team that genuinely makes a difference in peoples lives?

Hilary Newman Clinic is looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our friendly team. This is far more than a receptionist role - you'll become an integral part of client consultations, helping practitioners deliver exceptional care while learning about nutrition, allergies, and holistic health.

We're looking for someone to join us on an initial part-time basis, with regular hours across Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. As our clinic continues to grow, we anticipate this role offering the opportunity to increase to full-time hours for the right person. Flexibility on those initial working days will be possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Support practitioners during consultations by accurately documenting treatment plans.
Welcome clients and help them feel relaxed and cared for.
Explain treatment sheets and supplement protocols following appointments.
Prepare natural remedies and supplements.
Help coordinate the smooth running of a busy clinic.
Answer client questions with empathy and professionalism.
Work closely with practitioners to ensure every client receives outstanding care.

Previous clinical experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Based in Gloucester (around a 20 minute drive from central Cheltenham), our clinic is easily accessible with free on-site parking.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
