Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Compositor / Retoucher to support on a fully AI generated product campaign. We need an individual with a sharp eye for detail, who can take raw AI output and make it hold together: consistent characters, consistent environments, and products that are accurate to spec.

We have an initial deadline of mid next week for this project - but further work is expected in the coming weeks and months for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Fix character consistency across a shot or campaign - faces, skin, proportions, wardrobe details that drift between AI generations
Correct environments so lighting, perspective and set details stay consistent shot to shot
Retouch products against real reference so they match actual packaging, colour and material
Composite and clean up AI artefacts: warped hands, broken text, inconsistent shadows, texture noise
Work from key frames and reference provided by our Art Director to keep everything on-brief
Flag anything that can't realistically be fixed in post, early, rather than after several passes

Requirements

Strong Photoshop compositing and retouching skills
An eye trained on real photography, so you can spot exactly where an AI image breaks from reality
Experience with AI-generated imagery specifically, or a fast ability to learn its failure points (hands, text, reflections, skin texture, edge blending)
Product retouching experience — comfortable matching real-world reference precisely
Comfortable working fast against tight turnarounds without dropping quality

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
