We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager & Administrator to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, improve systems, support the team, and ensure our properties and operations run efficiently.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being at the centre of how things run.
Hours:
Working Pattern
- 3 days per week office-based in Fitzrovia
- Remaining days remote
- Core hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm
- Flexibility required for urgent operational, tenant, or property matters
The Role
You will be responsible for helping keep the operational side of 23 Collective running smoothly across our portfolio of homes, partners, and tenants.
Acting as a central point of coordination between tenants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal team, you will ensure issues are resolved efficiently, properties are well maintained, and systems remain organised.
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, creating order, and taking ownership.
Property & Resident Experience
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants and day-to-day property matters
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors, cleaners, inventories, and suppliers
- Track issues from start to resolution, ensuring a high standard of service
- Support tenant check-ins, check-outs, and property handovers
- Monitor property condition and proactively identify potential issues
- Help maintain a positive living experience across the portfolio
Operations & Administration
- Manage operational inboxes and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and property data
- Keep documentation organised and up to date
- Support the coordination of short-term let operations where required
- Assist with reporting, internal processes, and business organisation
Compliance & Portfolio Management
- Maintain compliance records and monitor renewal dates
- Coordinate inspections, certificates, inventories, and property onboarding
- Track maintenance expenditure and supplier performance
- Ensure properties meet operational and compliance standards at all times

Progression at 23 Collective
This is a growth role. As you become more autonomous and take ownership of daily operations, your salary will increase to £2,500–£2,800+, based on performance, reliability, and responsibility.
