Job Description

The Front Office Team Leader is responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception function. They will provide excellent customer service, support team performance, resolve customer queries, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the front office team.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated enquiries.
Oversee daily reception and administrative operations.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work with other departments to maintain an efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Prior experience working with OPERA CLOUD system.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
