Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Caravan Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the key person responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment within our caravan accommodations. Your efforts will ensure that guests enjoy a spotless and relaxing stay, reflecting our commitment to excellent service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a tidy, inviting space, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties

Clean and tidy caravan interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, following established standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort at all times.
Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal to maintain cleanliness.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to keep the accommodations in top condition.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure availability for daily operations.
Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning or guest requests as needed.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and respond to guest needs politely.
Knowledge of janitorial practices and safety procedures in cleaning environments.
Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently during shifts.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or procedures.
