Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support to attorneys and legal professionals by managing administrative tasks, conducting legal research, and assisting with document preparation. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help ensure smooth legal operations, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional legal services. Duties

Assist attorneys with legal research, analysis, and case preparation to support ongoing litigation and transactional work
Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity
Manage filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure all documents are organized, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court deadlines to keep cases on track and ensure timely submissions
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal inquiries and supporting clients’ needs with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of case files, correspondence, and legal documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Support administrative functions including scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports to streamline daily operations

Requirements

Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and identify key information
Proven experience in legal research using online databases or law libraries
Prior administrative experience in a professional setting, preferably within a legal environment or as a paralegal
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines
Familiarity with legal drafting standards and procedures for filing court documents
Customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities to support internal teams and clients effectively
