Full job description

We are looking for a new member to join our team.

You will need to have a good knowledge of vehicles, car parts and a good team player.

Must of worked with vehicles previously.

Key Duties:

Mainly assisting in the dismantling and de polluting of vehicles. Removing parts and following procedure.

To remove parts from vehicles for customers - could be anything from a mirror to an engine

To assist and help fit tyres, puncture repairs etc.

To ensure all jobs are completed within the estimated times.

Key Skills:

· To have a good mechanical knowledge and to be aware of the various car makes, models and components.

· To have good interpersonal skills and be a team player, as this role will include working in a small team.

· Be reliable with a strong work ethic and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· To have a good knowledge of the relevant Health & Safety procedures.

· Relevant training will be given.

· Ideal candidate will need to have a full UK driving licence and have previous experience working with cars.

This is a full time position, 39 hours per week, 20 days paid holiday plus statutory holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Experience:

Driving: 5 years (required)
Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (required)
