Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Wedding & Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion runs smoothly and meets the expectations of clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for a Wedding & Event Planner to join our team

Main Responsibilities

welcome and greet guests
answer and direct incoming calls
ensure proper room allocation
listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
provide accurate information about local attractions and services
liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
Ensuring we have preorders for events
Liaising with guests to come up with a clear and well organised plan for events to ensure smooth running of hotel and restaurant.

You will be required to:

Be well organised
Have Admin or relevant hospitality experience
Have excellent written and verbal communication skill
Have strong maths skills

• Be Familiar with Office programs such as gmail, excel etc
