Overview

Due to a sustained period of growth, we're recruiting for the newly created role of Client Manager. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our business strategy while managing a portfolio of owner-managed and entrepreneurial business clients.

What you'll be doing

Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact, including face-to face meetings and long-term relationship building
Preparing and reviewing statutory filings for those clients, including: annual accounts; corporation tax returns; self assessment returns; VAT returns; payroll; CIS
Mentoring and developing junior staff
Contributing to the firm's wider business strategy and growth plans

What we're looking for

Qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years' experience in statutory accounts preparation
Practice experience preferred
A genuine enthusiasm for helping small businesses and building client relationships
Comfortable getting out to meet clients regularly
