We're the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we're growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you'll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar.
Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.
We were named Marketing Services Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards 2026, and Best Medium Agency to Work For at the Company Culture Awards 2025 — recognition for the work we do and the place we've built to do it.
Client relationships in iGaming move fast. Operators are commercially demanding, the landscape shifts constantly, and clients expect an account manager who's already thinking about their next challenge before they've raised it.
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Receptional you'll own a portfolio of iGaming clients — holding the relationships, driving account growth, and acting as the bridge between what clients need and what our specialist teams deliver. This isn't a reactive role. You'll be expected to lead, anticipate, and bring commercial thinking to every conversation. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, with real variety across integrated campaigns and a clear path upward for the right person.
This is an account management role where relationships are everything. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of iGaming clients — the person who makes the agency's promise real day-to-day. That means staying ahead of client needs, keeping delivery on track across multiple specialist teams, and spotting commercial opportunities before clients have to ask. You'll be working closely with a Senior Account Manager, but with genuine ownership of your accounts from day one.
In practice, that looks like:
- Owning seamless delivery across your client portfolio — on brief, on budget, on time — and holding the standard across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and PR teams
- Building deep, trusted relationships with clients — immersing yourself in their goals, pain points, and competitive landscape
- Leading meaningful, commercially focused client conversations that uncover growth opportunities and strengthen stakeholder trust
- Identifying and progressing upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities in collaboration with your Senior Account Manager
- Owning Statements of Work, delivery timelines, and risk management — escalating early, resolving fast
- Developing strategy sessions, key account plans, and performance reviews that position Receptional as the agency that truly gets iGaming
- Leading onboarding for new clients alongside the Senior Account Manager and service leads — setting the tone from day one
- Using AI and automation to keep client services processes sharp, freeing your time for what really matters: the relationships
You'll need to be a natural relationship builder with genuine commercial instincts — someone who sees an opportunity in every client conversation and follows through on it. Account management in a specialist iGaming agency isn't just about keeping clients happy; it's about understanding their business well enough to challenge their thinking, anticipate their needs, and position Receptional as an indispensable part of their growth. That takes confidence, curiosity, and the kind of proactive mindset that doesn't wait to be asked.
Essential:
- Proven experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing environment — agency-side strongly preferred
- Confident, consultative communicator with a track record of building strong, lasting client relationships
- Broad knowledge across core digital channels — SEO, PPC, Content, and PR — and how they work together
- Sharp commercial instincts: you spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities naturally and know how to bring them to life
- Working knowledge of AI platforms and how they're shaping digital marketing workflows
- Highly organised — you manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders without things slipping
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you don't wait to be asked, you bring ideas and make things happen
Desirable:
- iGaming or regulated-sector experience — we'll get you up to speed if not
- Experience developing proposals, opportunity documents, or account growth plans
- Familiarity with integrated campaign delivery across multiple specialist teams
