Chef de Partie – Hotel & Leisure | SeaSpace, Cornwall | Day shifts between 7am and 4pm

Our Chef de Partie role:

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to support our team full-time, working 37.5 hours per week on daytime shifts between 7:00am and 4:00pm, taking ownership of a section in a vibrant coastal kitchen, where energy, quality, and consistency come together with every service.

As our Chef de Partie you’ll be:

Taking responsibility for your section, ensuring smooth service from prep to plating.
Carrying out food prep, cooking, and portioning of all dishes to a high standard.
Supporting stock takes and ensuring your section is well stocked and organised.
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
Acting as a key support to the Head Chef, helping oversee kitchen operations.
Following kitchen schedules and staying on top of all admin, including check sheets and temperature logs.
Supporting and guiding junior team members as needed.

The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Current Food Hygiene certificate
A flexible attitude to working hours and shift patterns
A genuine passion for food and the wider industry
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own section
Confidence in a range of cooking techniques and food presentation
A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
A positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethic
The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Care for your team, your environment, and the overall guest experience
