Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Internal Sales/Customer Service representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive sales, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our business. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and administrative expertise within a business which will be growth driven.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM software with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Provide accurate product information, quotations, and order processing support to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status using Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
Assist with sales administration tasks such as updating customer accounts, preparing reports, and managing order documentation.
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, track opportunities, and ensure timely responses to customer requests.
Support the team in managing schedules, appointments, suppliers and material deliveries.
Ensure excellent communication across departments by organizing information clearly and efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in sales administration or customer service roles with excellent organizational skills.
Adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management and prioritization abilities.
Computer literacy across various IT platforms including Sage accounting software or similar systems is a plus.
Exceptional administrative experience combined with strong computer skills ensures accuracy in data entry and record keeping to provide strong administration for the team.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
