Requirements

We are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager who will support the operations team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Strategic responsibilities

· Weekly KPI & Metric reporting

· Reorder level reviews

· Stock management via 3PL

· Purchasing

· Back-order management

· Custom & standard purchasing

· Logistics inbound management

· Obtaining costs & lead times for standard & custom products

· System accuracy and housekeeping are essential to the business, keeping this up to date is crucial to our business.

· Problem solving, doing whatever it takes so the customer receives the product they ordered.

· Supporting the team with compliance requirements

· Assist in sourcing products so we are always adding to our supply chain.

· Providing strategic reporting

· Continuous improvement

Tactical Responsibilities

· Processing purchase orders

· Tracking shipments

· Securing the best cost for freight inbound for the business on shipments

· Import handling

· Supplier OTIF record

· Negotiation on costs

· Stock level management to ensure we are not over or understocked

· Communicating with supply chain

· Working with solution design

· Working with project delivery

· Supporting COO

Skillsets / experience required:

· Good attitude and passion to work

· MS 365 – Nonnegotiable

· Sage 50 preferable

· Experience in a procurement role - Nonnegotiable

· Ability to solve problems fast

· Excellent communication skills

· Organized & able to prioritize

· Good calendar management
