Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of building and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in construction and related trades to contribute to diverse projects, from residential refurbishments to commercial developments.

Responsibilities

Perform roofing repairs and installations with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct construction painting to meet project specifications and quality standards.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with regulations.
Execute masonry tasks such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work.
Fabricate custom components or structures as required for various projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols.

Skills

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry and groundworks
Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers.
Competence in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Flexibility to adapt to different trades and project requirements. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to utilise their diverse skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment while contributing to high-quality building projects across various sectors.
MUST have driving license
