Full job description

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Annafield as a Sales Progressor, based in our St Neots Office. This role is integral to our sales operation, ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer agreed through to exchange and completion.

You will be responsible for managing sales progression, liaising with clients and solicitors, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and all parties within the chain.
Instruct solicitors and complete property information.
Manage and follow up enquiries efficiently.
Chase exchange of contracts.
Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion.
Maintain clear and prompt communication between all parties.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Support buyers with any additional actions required during the transaction.

Person Specification

Previous experience in Estate Agency Sales or Sales Progression.
Confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with clients via telephone and email.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer literate

Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary dependent on experience.
Hours - Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday between 9am-6pm
