The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment delivery across Titan Wealth, focusing primarily on junior and mid-level hiring. As part of the early career’s recruitment remit, they will also support Academy, internship and apprenticeship applicants as required.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for defined vacancies and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. The successful individual will take full ownership of recruitment delivery within their assigned areas, working at pace in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.
They will be passionate about delivering an excellent service, contributing to a Talent Acquisition centre of excellence, and consistently following and promoting TA best practice.
The role would suit a recruitment professional with 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-side, who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be confident managing recruitment processes independently, working at pace, balancing multiple priorities and maintaining momentum across a varied workload.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for people, continuous improvement and delivering an excellent hiring experience.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment delivery
- Support recruitment delivery across Titan Wealth, focusing primarily on junior and mid-level hiring across Titan Group, while also supporting early careers recruitment activity, including Academy, internship and apprenticeship applicants and roles.
- Support with careers and university fairs as required, in collaboration with the wider TA Partners.
- Manage vacancy pipelines, ensuring roles progress efficiently and candidates receive timely communication.
- Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and candidate shortlisting against agreed criteria.
- Coordinate interview processes, feedback, and offers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Sourcing & attraction
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pools for repeat and hard‑to‑fill junior and mid‑level roles.
- Support job advertising and attraction strategies aligned to Titan’s employer brand.
- Attend university fairs and other events as required, representing Titan
- Support with assessment centres as required, for the Academy or Internships, as directed or as required, with support and guidance from wider team
Hiring manager support
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide guidance on interview best practice, scheduling, and candidate assessment (with Partner support where required).
- Act as a reliable point of contact for hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Support TA Partners in delivering hiring manager training on recruitment and selection, and educating on policy and processes
Onboarding:
- Deliver verbal offers to candidates and prepare offer summaries for the HR Operations team.
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure employment contracts are issued promptly and candidates receive a positive onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with IT and HR Operations to ensure all new joiners are onboarded efficiently and in a timely manner.
Process & systems
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS (Lever).
- Ensure recruitment activity aligns with GDPR and internal governance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and templates.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking as required.
- Keep TA trackers UpToDate on a daily basis
Team Contribution & Development
- Work closely with TA Partners to build market knowledge, understand talent trends, and develop insight into role-specific hiring challenges.
- Learn and apply TA best-practice sourcing approaches, including market mapping, proactive search techniques and attraction strategies, with support and coaching from TA Partners.
- Attend regular meetings with HR Business Partners, providing recruitment updates within assigned areas, sharing market insights, and identifying opportunities for partnership and support.
- Contribute to the continuous development of Titan's Talent Acquisition centre of excellence by sharing ideas, best practice and market intelligence.
- Use exposure to senior-level recruitment activity to build TA capability, commercial awareness and broader business understanding, supporting long-term development towards a Talent Acquisition Partner role.
- Actively seek feedback and coaching to continuously improve delivery quality, candidate experience, stakeholder engagement and overall recruitment outcomes.
- Covers your teams recruitment desk when they are on leave – supporting with keeping an eye on in flights interviews, re-scheduling interviews, answering hiring manager queries and anything else as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in in-house or agency (agency highly desirable)
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in financial services - recruiting for roles across group functions (purely tech background will not be considered)
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms - Lever highly desirable
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level roles – across wealth and corporate functions.
- Confident sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn, job boards and other relevant channels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
- Clear and professional communication style with candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable working at pace in a delivery-focused environment.
- Able to work at pace, manage multiple priorities and monitor their own workload to keep activity progressing.
- Willingness to travel to other office locations as required (expensed)
