Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Computer Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, packaging, and ensuring the quality of computer systems and components.

Responsibilities

Assemble computer components using hand tools
Test, perform software updates, and optimise assembled computers
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Package assembled computers

Requirements

Experience with building and testing computers
Good understanding of modern computer platforms, models, and technology
Able to carry and package computers weighing 15+ KG
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work accurately and independently
Prior experience with Windows installation, computer testing, and Bios optimisation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Able to get to Colwick, Nottingham
Available on Monday's during regular working hours. Other hours are flexible within the working week.

Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
