Full job description

Job Title: Mobile Food, Barista Sales and Customer Service Assistant

· Mobile Role – Various Local Routes

· Salary: £25,500 per year

· Performance Based Commission

· Full-time | Monday to Friday

· Occasional Weekend Availability

· Manual Driving Licence Required

· Flexible early starts with early finishes.

This is not just a driving or service role. At Coffee King, you will run your own mobile food & coffee route like your own business. You will build relationships with regular customers, grow daily sales, and take pride in creating an experience people come back for.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build strong relationships with regular customers on your route

· Get to know customer preferences and recommend products confidently

· Proactively upsell products, promotions, and new menu items

· Drive daily revenue and grow your route performance

· Operate and maintain a fully equipped Coffee King food truck

· Manage stock, reduce waste, and keep accurate records

· Deliver excellent service while working independently

What We’re Looking For

· Confident, personable, and naturally good with customers

· Enjoys selling and spotting opportunities to increase spend

· Takes ownership and accountability for results

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

· Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not essential

· Full UK driving licence

Experience:

Hospitality/food service: 1 year (preferred)
driving : 5 years (required)
