Commercial Assistant

Business Unit: 5350 - NH South West

Location: Bristol

Job Role

Ringway is looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Assistant to join our South West team based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is looking to build a long-term career within a commercial or quantity surveying environment.

Duties

You’ll play a key part in supporting the commercial and operational teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to the financial management of contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing general administrative support across the depot
Maintaining accurate records and supporting client reporting
Assisting in the preparation of applications for payment and invoices
Supporting measurement and valuation processes
Working closely with the commercial team (QSs and Assistant QSs)
Preparing subcontractor payment notices and tracking works
Supporting operational managers with financial and commercial tasks

Person Specification

Strong administrative background
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Keen to develop a career in a commercial/quantity surveying environment
Collaborative and proactive approach

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
